I came in on Thursday, August 27 around 1:30 PM for a tire patch on my BMW M440. When I arrived, I was greeted by one of the employees who was nice and gave me a timeframe how long it was going to take and it should be an easy fix. I then went inside the main office. Same thing… experience is great so far I was taken care of and dropped my keys off. I had originally told the gentleman at the front that I was going to drop the car off and come back. Thankfully, I decided to wait. When it was my turn for my vehicle to be serviced, one of the employees ,,didn’t get their name, Started my car up and proceeded to pull out where it was parked from a little aggressively for a car that has a flat tire. Note that the car was literally parked where they could’ve just pulled it in and worked on it so there was really no reason to pull it out anywhere. The employee then drove my car around the building where I could hear the engine revving. I asked one of the employees walking by why my car might be driven around the building and he said that the car was going to be parked in the alley out back where it would be worked on. No charge for a simple tire patch—and outstanding honesty and service! I had all four tires replaced at the Kia service center in Clairemont Mesa just two months ago. When my tire-pressure alert came on, Kia recommended replacing the entire tire. I declined and took it to American Tire Depot on Adams Ave instead. They confirmed exactly what I suspected: the tire only needed a simple patch. No unnecessary replacement, no upselling, and they didn’t even charge me for the repair. I truly appreciate American Tire Depot’s honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service. They earned my complete trust and loyalty. Going forward, American Tire Depot will be the only place I take my car for tire service. Highly, highly recommended!

I drive to this location from Alpine to get my vehicles serviced because of the excellent customer service and care. Every time I take any of my vehicles in they always get me in and out relatively quickly and I always get a great deal. Alex and his team are the best in the business. Thank you

I had a great experience with American Tire Depot on Adams Avenue after dealing with a bad tire blowout that damaged my tire, rim, and strut. Alex was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the process, explained what needed to be done, and made a stressful situation feel much easier to handle. The team was professional, efficient, and took great care of my car. I really appreciated Alex’s communication and customer service. He made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. Called ahead for a quote, and the representative was very kind and respectful. They offered tire replacement services if I brought my own tires, and their quote was the most affordable out of the 10 places I called. The service itself was quick and efficient. They didn’t push any additional services, which I appreciated. They did point out that my rear brake pads needed replacement, but weren’t pushy about it. I would definitely go back and will recommend them to friends. Affordable, efficient, and friendly—10/10.
